WOW, it's been forever and a day since I wrote on here!  Lots has been going on in life, almost all good.  Mainly I've been working hard for a company called PSI at a job Tiffany's dad hooked me up with, and I love it lots and lots!  It's hard sometimes, but I LOVE IT.  Also, I've been spending a ton of time with the most beautiful girl in Bossier City, which is wonderful!!!  Last night we went to see Polar Express and it was a great movie (I really loved that book when I was a kid).  Being with her though made it all the much better!

I've been experiencing some airshow withdraw since my last airshow, the Lafayette Sertoma Airshow, on October 30th...  That show was really odd, but the audience was incredible.  The only negative part was that the F-15 demo was the WORST F-15 demo I have EVER SEEN!  Brett, get your afterburners together before next year, I was disappointed!!!

Well, I'm going to call Tiffany right now.  We're supposed to go to the airport tomorrow, so it should be good times!!!

Happy Birthday to meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!  Yes, it is true, I am getting old now.  I'm 19 today, yay!  I had lunch with my mother and grandmother at Don's today to celebrate.  I love their seafood, so good.

I may have a job again.  Tiffany's dad is looking to hire me to help out with operations and other stuff at his company.  It sounds a little demanding, but I'm sure it can't be worse than where I was, not even knowing what time you would get off work everyday...

I got to see Tiffany again last night, we watched the lunar eclipse toghther.  It was great fun, just sitting out there and talking about things.  Every time I see her, it just makes me happy!  I can't wait for the next time!

Well, I got fired from my job today.  The reason... I joined the Navy.  This is seriously illegal, but I'm just going to go on and find something else... something better...

I was down earlier about this, but I got to go out to dinner with Tiffany tonight and that made it all better!  We went to Bennigans and the potato soup was awsome.  But what was more awsome was just getting to spend some time with her and sit down and talk.  Thanks for everything Tiffany, I had a really great time!

WHOA, WHAT A TRIP!!!  New Orleans was AWSOME!!!

I arrived on Friday night and checked into the hotel about 7pm before going to the French Quarter to get something to eat.  But before I did, I found this place that gave massages for real cheap, so I got a 10 minute massage for $10.  It felt so good and I really needed it because work has been killing me lately.  After the massage, I found a resturant that had the BEST shrimp I have ever tasted, and it was really really cheap too!  After eating, I made my way over to Bourbon Street and hung out for a few hours watching all the drunk people do funny things.  It was great!

After about 3 and 1/2 hours of sleep, it was time to get up and head to day one of the airshow!  This airshow was quite possibly the best show I have ever been to.  The Blue Angels were incredible even though they were forced to fly their low show due to some clouds over the show area.  The F-14 Tomcat demo on Saturday was HIGHLY modified due to the clouds, but it was great because of this.  And the best thing about this Tomcat demo... IT HAD EXPLOSIONS!!!  The Tomcat was so loud though that you could not hear that explosions!  Absolutly amazing!

Saturday night was the concert at the House Of Blues.  I just have to say that Bela Fleck is absolutly incredible live.  Just about everybody there too was college aged, so I felt at home.

After another night of about 3 hours of sleep, it was time for my final day in New Orleans and the final day of the airshow.  The acts were the same with the exception of the Coast Guard search and rescue demonstration which could not take place due to mechanical difficulties.  On this day though, I got to meet somebody that I consider a legend in the Naval Aviation business, Mr. Dale "Snort" Snodgrass.  I also got the autographs of all the 2004 Blue Angels demonstration pilots!

Overall, I had a blast this weekend and I wish I could do it again...

I can't wait for this weekend though because I am going to Lafayette on Saturday to watch the US Air Force Thunderbirds!  Then on Sunday I am going to the state fair with Tiffany!!!

Tiffany, I hope you are feeling a lot better tonight and tomorrow for school.  I really really can't wait to see you again!  I'm gunna have to get you some Progresso so you don't have to eat that yucky Campbells Chicken Noodle Soup!
